Conclusions from the European Council

On the first of two days of meetings, the European Council adopted conclusions on Ukraine/Russia, energy, economy, security, defence, Southern Neighbourhood and transatlantic relations. In addition, the status of candidate country was granted to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
