EU Climate Ministers have today unanimously endorsed the Council’s position on new End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV) regulation. The agreement, prepared and negotiated by the Polish Presidency, was adopted during the Environment Council meeting held in Luxembourg.
The Polish presidency supported by 25 member states adopted conclusions on strengthening the Energy Union through reinforcing energy security. The conclusions emphasise that the European Union is advancing a comprehensive transformation of its energy systems to ensure competitiveness, affordability, sustainability and security.
