Para luchar contra la creciente amenaza global de las actividades delictivas, Eurojust ha firmado Acuerdos de Trabajo con las Fiscalías de Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador y Perú. Los nuevos acuerdos harán más eficaz la cooperación estratégica entre estas autoridades y Eurojust. Los fiscales generales de los cinco países y de Panamá, que ya tiene un Acuerdo de Trabajo firmado con Eurojust, asistieron al acto de las firmas en La Haya.

The newly renovated water supply facility in Bucha, Kyiv Oblast, opened today under the Ukraine Recovery Programme by the European Investment Bank (EIB). This critical upgrade helps the community overcome longstanding challenges in providing reliable, high-quality drinking water. The need for this facility became even more urgent after the town’s infrastructure was further damaged during the brief but devastating Russian occupation in the spring of 2022.

ESMA publishes Statement on use of collateral by NFCs acting as clearing members 10 July 2024 CCP The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s financial markets regulator and supervisor, today issued a public statement on deprioritising supervisory actions linked to the eligibility of uncollateralized public guarantees, public bank guarantees, and commercial bank guarantees for Non-Financial Counterparties (NFCs) acting as clearing members, pending the entry into force of EMIR 3.
