The mission of EUROPE DIRECT centres is to bring the EU closer to its citizens. With around 400 centres across Europe, it’s easy to connect with the EU right where you live.
These centres are part of your local community: they listen, inform and create space for open conversations about how the EU affects your daily life. They
- share useful information about EU initiatives and citizens’ rights, organise local events and discussions, and work closely with schools, media, associations and other community partners
- know both EU topics and local realities, so they can explain what matters to you in a clear way
- listen to your views and help bring them to the European Commission, making sure your voice is part of the conversation.
Take part in their activities, stay up to date on EU issues relevant to your area, and ask questions or discuss policies and opportunities.
